David Lockhart

David Lockhart, CSP, CHST, currently serves as the Regional HSE Manager at Primoris Services Corporation since May 2023. With extensive experience in safety management, David held the position of Director of Loss Control at Poole & Kent Company of Florida from April 2000 to May 2023 and worked as a Site Safety Manager at University Mechanical & Engineering Contractors, Inc. from July 1999 to March 2000. In addition to professional responsibilities, David has been an active member of Miramar Pembroke Pines Kiwanis since October 2006, serving as President. David earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health, graduating Cum Laude from Columbia Southern University between 2018 and 2021.
