Mark Yanik

Mark Yanik has extensive experience in M&A and corporate development. Mark is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of M&A and Corporate Development at Primoris Services Corporation. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at COLAS, where they were responsible for US M&A activities. Mark also served as the Vice President of Strategy & Development at CRH, leading M&A and strategic planning for the central and southeast US. Mark has previously held senior leadership roles in corporate development and strategic planning at Leopardo Companies and Balfour Beatty plc. Mark began their career as a Structural Engineer at WSP, specializing in the design and construction of bridges. Mark gained early internship experience in structural engineering at Parsons Brinckerhoff, Mattern & Craig, and ACS Design.

Mark Yanik completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and International Business at Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Virginia Tech from 2004 to 2008, with a minor in Business Administration.
