Rj Maggard

RJ Maggard has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. RJ began their career in the United States Air Force as a Law Enforcement Specialist, serving as a Patrolman, Desk Sergeant, and Shift Sergeant. After leaving the military, they joined KBR as an Operations/Deputy Project Manager. RJ then transitioned into a role as a Recruiting Supervisor and later became a Recruiting Manager at KBR. RJ then joined Nabors Industries as a Program Manager, specializing in Talent Acquisition for Military and College recruitment. Following this, they returned to KBR as a Recruiting Manager and eventually became the Director of Recruiting at C&J Energy Services. RJ expanded their expertise in talent acquisition by working as a Regional Talent Acquisition Manager at Liberty before joining Primoris Services Corporation as the Director of Talent Acquisition. Throughout their career, RJ has demonstrated leadership in streamlining recruitment processes and implementing new Applicant Tracking Systems.

RJ Maggard obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Administration from AIU in 2007-2008. Additionally, RJ has a certification as an AIRS Certified Diversity & Inclusion Recruiter from an unknown year.
