Savern Varnado

Savern Varnado has extensive work experience in learning and development roles. They most recently worked as the Corporate Director of Learning and Development at Primoris Services Corporation since December 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Organizational Learning at Rexel USA from August 2013 to May 2023. They also worked as a Senior Learning Advisor at Capital One from January 2012 to August 2013, as well as a Senior Learning Advisor - US at BlackBerry from November 2010 to July 2011. Before that, they held the position of Performance Analyst/Assistant VP at JPMorgan Chase from September 2005 to October 2010.

Savern Varnado holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Dallas Baptist University. They have also obtained certifications in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, Agile HR Certified Practitioner from Agile HR Community, and Certified Professional in Talent Development from ATD CI - The ATD Certification Institute. Additionally, they are a DiSC Certified Trainer through Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand.
