They have held various senior-level positions in reputable organizations, including Primoris Services Corporation, PLH Group Inc., The Container Store, Trend Micro, State of North Dakota-NDPERS, and Coventry Health Care. In their roles, Sri Goluguri has been responsible for overseeing benefits and compensation programs, administering various employee benefit plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing vendor relationships, and resolving employee issues. They have also demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to set goals and standards for teams. Sri Goluguri's work experience spans over two decades, from 2002 to the present.
