Marc Ayres

Marc Ayres, CPA, currently serves as Corporate Controller at Primrose Bio since September 2024. Prior to this role, Marc held the position of Senior Manager at van den Boom & Associates LLC from September 2021 to September 2024, also progressing through roles as Manager. At Quidel, Marc worked as Accounting Manager from September 2018 to August 2021, and previously held the title of Assurance Senior Associate at PwC from January 2016 to September 2018. Early experience includes an Accounting Intern position at Solar Turbines from October 2013 to December 2015 and an Assurance Intern role at PwC during the summer of 2015. Marc holds a Master's Degree in Financial Reporting Specialization from San Diego State University (2014 - 2015) and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the same institution (2010 - 2014), along with additional studies at Università Bocconi in 2013. Education was completed at Tesoro High School, graduating in 2010.
