Cynthia Love

Cynthia Love is an accomplished executive leader with extensive experience in senior living and community management. Currently serving as the Executive Director at Primrose Retirement Communities, LLC since October 2022, Cynthia previously held the position of Executive Director and Business Office Manager at Carriage Court of Lancaster, overseeing accounting and human resources functions. Prior to that, Cynthia worked as a Financial Chiropractic Assistant at Ashville Chiropractic & Wellness Center, managing patient accounts and insurance information. Cynthia's career began at the Pickaway Senior Center, where significant contributions included serving as Executive Director, Financial Officer/Assistant Director, and Administrative Assistant, leading initiatives that enhanced budget management and workplace safety. Cynthia holds educational credentials from the University of Rio Grande and Rio Grande Community College.
