Annette Cannata Heng

Annette Cannata Heng is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in educational operations and management. Currently serving as the Chief School Excellence Officer at Primrose Schools since September 2016, Annette leads strategic initiatives to create a high-performance environment within the Primrose School Franchising Company. Prior to this role, Annette held significant positions at Aramark, including Senior Vice President and Vice President, overseeing a multi-state region in the K-12 school market with a P&L of approximately $500M and managing a large workforce of Aramark and client employees. Additionally, Annette worked as an Independent Consultant at Management Council Inc. and held executive roles at Aramark Educational Resources, leading operations for 300 community child care education centers. Annette's academic credentials include a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Liberty University, an M.Ed. from Loyola University Chicago, a Master of Arts from Erikson Institute, and a Bachelor's degree from National Louis University.
