Beau Athia

Beau Athia is an experienced professional in the hospitality and real estate sectors, currently serving as the Owner of Primrose Schools since January 2017. Previously, Beau held the position of Partner/Principal at a Top 10 Hotel Development Firm from January 2010 to June 2016, where responsibilities included managing transaction processes, identifying growth market opportunities, and sourcing hospitality assets. Additionally, Beau served as VP of eCommerce & Technology, developing a comprehensive eCommerce strategy for over 65 hotels across the U.S. Earlier experience as a Senior Analyst at Molinaro Koger involved extensive hotel real estate advisory services, including creating valuations and marketing plans for properties worth over $500 million. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development & Finance from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University.
