Selena Anderson, SPHR, currently serves as Talent Development Manager at Primrose Schools, where performance management strategies are directed to enhance retention and cultivate a culture of feedback. Previously, at Ingo Money, Selena held multiple roles including Manager of Employee Experience & Talent Development, where training programs for Customer Care and Risk Management teams were designed to elevate performance. Additionally, Selena established the Ingo Employee Leadership Program, recognized for fostering talent growth. Earlier experience includes positions as HR Generalist & Employee Experience Lead and Corporate Trainer, along with supervisory roles in risk management. Selena's career began in the banking sector with roles at Regions Financial Corporation, Wells Fargo, and BB&T. Selena holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Kennesaw State University, earned in 2022.
