Devin Gross

Devin joined Primus in 2021 and is the Head of Portfolio Management. He oversees internal and third-party operating resources and works with companies across the portfolio to identify and implement operational best practices. Devin joins Primus with almost 30 years of experience working with growth-stage companies on organizational leadership, sales design, and execution, healthcare technology, as well as process redesign and improvement. He has extensive operating experience having served as the CEO of SonarMD and as CEO of Emmi Solutions, LLC, a Primus portfolio company that was acquired by Wolters Kluwer in 2016. Devin also held leadership positions in both Sales and Business Development at Emmi and spent 10 years with First Consulting Group.

Devin earned a BA in International Business from Lehigh University, an MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from Temple University, and completed a fellowship in Hospital Administration at the University of North Carolina Hospitals.
