Rhonda Spells-Fentry is the current Vice President of Enterprise Technology at Prince George's Community College. Rhonda has previous experience working as a Business Computer Teacher at Arlington Public Schools and an Enterprise Applications Analyst at American University.

At Arlington Public Schools, they established and implemented a training program to implement educational technology in the classroom. At American University, they developed and implemented a training program to assist faculty in implementing technology, which included brown bag sessions, hands-on training classes, and consultation sessions. Rhonda also served as a project manager for several technology projects and managed the Office of Information Technology Graduate Fellowship program.
