Nicole Hall is the Manager of Business Development for Retail and Restaurants at the Prince George's County Economic Development Corporation. Nicole has over 10 years of experience in business development and management. Prior to their current role, Nicole was the Business Consultant for Employ Prince George's, Inc., where they established professional relationships with businesses and developed a standing job bank of businesses seeking candidates to provide job leads. Nicole also coordinated and conducted weekly hiring events and connected job seekers with businesses by matching the needs and wants of businesses with the skills, qualifications, and experience of job seekers. In their previous role as the Volume Acquisition Manager at Eight O'Clock Coffee, Nicole was responsible for increasing coffee sales volume through effective management of assigned key accounts, developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong customer relationships. Nicole began their career as a Category Manager at Wakefern Food Corp., where they managed all aspects of the assigned category, including sales, gross margin dollars, inventory levels, new item introductions and marketing programs. Nicole has a proven track record of success in business development and management, and they are an asset to the Prince George's County Economic Development Corporation.
