Charles Pickard

Charles Pickard currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Real Training, LLC, and is the owner and general manager of the DMV Warriors, a professional basketball team in Maryland. With extensive experience in athletics, Pickard has held the position of Athletic Director for the District of Columbia Public Schools since November 2015, where responsibilities include developing athletic programs and promoting health and wellness. Additionally, Pickard has been involved in coaching roles, including Head Men’s Basketball Strength & Conditioning Coach at Prince George's Community College and Head Basketball Coach for the Baltimore Hawks. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Applied Health and Physiology and a Master of Education in Physical Education Teaching, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling and an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice.
