Corey Smedley

Corey Smedley is currently serving as the Deputy Fire/EMS Chief at Prince George's County, Maryland. Prior to this role, Corey had an extensive career in fire and emergency management, serving as the Fire EMS Chief and Homeland Security & Emergency Manager in the City of Alexandria, Virginia. With over two decades of experience, Corey has demonstrated expertise in visionary leadership, organizational management, policy development, strategic planning, and fiscal management. Corey holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, a Certified Public Manager degree, and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies.
