Joe Messina

Joe Messina is a partner at Prince Lobel Tye LLP, a position held since February 2016, specializing in complex litigation involving shareholder and securities disputes, contracts, partnerships, fiduciary obligations, and intellectual property matters. Prior to this role, Joe was a member of Hayes, Messina, Gilman & Hayes, LLC from 2013 to January 2016 and served as a partner at Mintz Levin from September 1991 to 2012, where extensive experience was gained in the Litigation Section. Joe holds a Juris Doctor degree from New England Law | Boston and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Lycoming College.
