Nilesh Bandekar

Nilesh Bandekar is currently serving as Senior Manager of Manufacturing Operational Excellence at Prince Pipes and Fittings Ltd since September 2025. Prior to this role, Nilesh worked at GRP Ltd from March 2017 to September 2025, holding positions as Manager of Operational Excellence and Sustainability and Assistant Manager of Operational Excellence. Nilesh's earlier experience includes a tenure at Hindalco Industries Limited from June 2010 to March 2017 as Deputy Engineer in Operational Excellence, alongside a position as Operational Excellence Engineer. Nilesh began professional career at Saint-Gobain Abrasives from September 2007 to April 2010 as Assistant Quality Engineer. Nilesh holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institution of Industrial Engineering (January 2022 - January 2025), a Diploma in Business Management with a focus on Operations Research from The ICFAI University, Tripura (January 2008 - April 2009), and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (2003 - 2007).
