Thomas Tideman, Vice President of Workforce Operations, previously served as Vice President for Prince Telecom's Northeast Division where he was responsible for technical operations. Tom's background of more than 41 years in the industry includes system, regional, divisional, and corporate responsibilities. Tom's solid history of talent development and project execution means he has successfully rolled out new products, delivered exceptional customer satisfaction and provided superior financial results.

Prior to joining Prince Telecom, Tom has more than 25 years of experience in technical operations and services with Comcast. Tom managed technical operations at Comcast implementing solutions to streamline operations, reduce operational expense, and enhance organizational efficiencies.
