Tim Slayter

Tim Slayter currently serves as Principal at Prince William County Public Schools and as a Leadership Consultant at the Catholic Leadership Institute, roles held since July and March 2023, respectively. Slayter has an extensive background in education, having spent two decades at Fairfax County Public Schools in various positions, including School Principal, Assistant Principal, and Teacher. Prior experience includes teaching at Calvert County Public Schools and St. Mary's County Public Schools. An educator with advanced qualifications, Tim Slayter holds a Master of Arts in School Administration from Notre Dame of Maryland University, a Bachelor's degree in Economics from St. Mary's College of Maryland, and has been ordained as a Permanent Deacon in the Catholic Diocese of Arlington.
