Dave Matthes

Dave Matthes has extensive experience in retail operations and business development, currently serving as Vice President of Retail Operations at Princess Auto Ltd. since July 2008. Matthes has held various leadership roles within the company, including Vice President of Business Development and Director of E-Commerce, leading initiatives to enhance customer and team member experiences in an evolving retail landscape. Throughout the career, Matthes has focused on integrating digital strategies and optimizing marketing efforts, while also contributing to the Princess Auto Foundation to support education in skilled trades. Prior work experience includes positions at Tefina Technologies, Jorgenson Group of Companies, and Canadameds.com, with a strong foundation in e-commerce, communications, and international operations. Matthes holds a BSc in Food Science from the University of Manitoba.
