Anita Pulgar-Laughlin possesses extensive experience in sales management, currently serving as the Manager of Strategic Salesforce Development at Princess House since January 2016, and previously held the position of Regional Sales Manager. Prior roles include Regional Sales Manager at Belcorp and over two decades at Avon, where Anita climbed the ranks from District Sales Manager to Division Sales Manager. At Avon, significant achievements include generating profitable sales growth and enhancing the performance of underperforming teams across multiple states. Anita has a background in recruiting and training, with international experience facilitating workshops and leadership programs. Educationally, Anita attended Wilbur Wright College from 1986 to 1987.
