Duncan J.a. van Heyningen

Duncan J.A. van Heyningen serves as the Deputy Chairman of The Supervisory Board at Bureau Telecommunicatie en Post since May 2023 and is a member of the Supervisory Board at Charlotte Brookson Academy for the Performing Arts, contributing to a unique educational environment focused on performing arts since April 2018. With a career spanning decades at Princess Juliana International Airport, Duncan holds the title of Manager of ATS Training & Development and has previously acted as the Manager of Air Traffic Services and operated as both a Surveillance and Aerodrome Air Traffic Controller. In addition to these roles, Duncan is an Examiner for the Civil Aviation Authority SXM and a long-standing owner of Deviage Entertainment. An extensive education in aviation and training includes multiple ICAO certifications, a Middle Management Diploma, and foundational studies in various subjects.
