Haneisa McDonald-York

Haneisa McDonald-York has extensive experience in air traffic control and customer service within the aviation industry. Currently serving as an Air Traffic Controller at Princess Juliana International Airport - SXM since May 2022, Haneisa previously held the same position at the Civil Aviation Authority from January 2013 to December 2017. Earlier in their career, Haneisa worked at Servisair from June 2006 to April 2012 in various roles, including Customer Service Representative, Operations Agent, and Loadsheet Agent. Haneisa holds a Diploma in Aerodrome and Approach Control from the Civil Aviation Training Centre, completed in 2012.
