Carlijn de Leng

Carlijn de Leng is a dedicated professional in the field of child psychology and pedagogy, currently serving as a Psychologist in training at Prinses Máxima Centrum voor Kinderoncologie since January 2024. Previous experience includes working as an Orthopedagogue at Dokter Bosman and De Hoogstraat Revalidatie, where Carlijn focused on children and young people aged 0-20, participating in multidisciplinary teams. With a strong background in diagnostics for children with language and hearing issues at Pento and providing support within the special education framework at Basalt, Carlijn has developed extensive expertise in addressing the diverse needs of children with various challenges. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Clinical Child, Family and Education Studies from Utrecht University, complemented by specialized training in therapeutic approaches.
