Kate McPhail

Kate McPhail's work experience began in 2010 as an Assistant Manager at About A Girl, where they worked until 2013. In 2014, they joined Vibe Teacher Recruitment as a Senior Consultant until 2015 when they became a Travel Agent at STA Travel. In 2016, they joined Princess Polly as a Customer Experience Manager and later became the Director of Customer Experience AU in March 2021.

Kate McPhail completed their education at Griffith University from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Languages & Linguistics. Prior to that, they attended Robina State High School from 2003 to 2007.
