Raja Irfan Rithwan

Raja Irfan Rithwan currently serves as Group Construction Counsel and Malaysian Counsel at Princeton Digital Group, overseeing construction and project management for the organization since September 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Legal Counsel - Commercial (Secondee) at BHP, where advice was provided on contract management and process improvement across various procurement categories from May 2022 to May 2023. Raja practiced as an Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills from October 2019 to 2023, focusing on international projects, public-private partnerships, and front-end construction documentation. Additionally, Raja was a Legal Associate at Zul Rafique & Partners from January 2015 to October 2019, specializing in construction contracts and infrastructure law. Raja holds a Bar Professional Training Course from City St George’s, University of London, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from The University of Manchester.
