Dick Bleakley

Dick Bleakley, Senior Vice President \ Project Management joined Princeton Properties in 1995. He is responsible for technical oversight of new construction, maintenance operations and preventative maintenance planning. Dick provides technical assistance to Princeton’s site based maintenance teams developing specifications, negotiating contracts for major capital renovations, and providing monitoring for quality assurance. He is known for his creative problem solving and for his hands on approach.

Dick is licensed in Massachusetts as a Real Estate Broker, a Master Electrician, a Journeyman Electrician and a Construction Supervisor. He holds the following designations from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), Graduate Master Builder (GMB), Certified Graduate Builder (CGB), Certified Green Professional (CGP), and Registered Apartment Manager (RAM). He also holds a Certified Manager of Maintenance (CMM) designation from the National Center for Housing Management.
