Michael Volpert

Personnel Manager at Princeton Symphony Orchestra

Michael Volpert is an accomplished arts administrator and musician with extensive experience in orchestral and chamber music leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Artistic Planning for the Orpheus Chamber Orchestra, Michael also holds the position of Artistic Director for the Jupiter Symphony Chamber Players since 2000. In addition, Michael has been the Personnel Manager for the Princeton Symphony Orchestra since 2018 and acts as a Music Advisor for both Symphony in C and the North Shore Chamber Music Festival, roles held since 2013 and 2010 respectively. Michael Volpert earned a Master’s degree in Arts Administration from Teachers College, Columbia University.

Led by Music Director Rossen Milanov, the PSO performs in Richardson Auditorium on the Princeton University campus.
