Paul Lewis

Paul Lewis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the data centre and property management sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director of European Data Centres at Principal Asset Management since May 2021, Paul previously held various leadership roles at SEGRO plc from August 2000 to May 2021, including Director of Group Data Centres, where responsibilities included developing data centres as a core business and overseeing major portfolios in the UK and Europe. Prior to SEGRO, Paul spent a decade at Vail Williams, culminating in the role of Associate Partner, and holds a BSc in Estate Management from Birmingham Polytechnic.
