Rachel Shone

Rachel Shone is a seasoned professional in real estate and finance, currently serving as Managing Director and Real Estate Product Specialist for EMEA at Principal Asset Management since August 2018, following previous roles including Director of Real Estate Marketing and Product Development. Prior experience includes serving as Director at Spearhead Africa, a Nairobi-based real estate financing company, and as an Investment Analyst at Pan African Capital Group. Additional financial expertise was gained as a Financial Analyst at Jones Lang LaSalle and as an Estate Planning Intern at Merrill Lynch. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a dual concentration in Finance and Marketing from Georgetown University, complemented by a Master of Science in Urban Development Planning from University College London.
