Amela Andelija

Amela Andelija has extensive experience in learning and development and relationship management, currently serving as a Strategic Relationship Manager at Principal Financial Group since June 2013, where previous roles included Assistant Director in Benefits & Protection Distribution Learning & Development, Learning & Development Team Lead, Sr. Learning & Development Analyst, and Development Consultant. Prior to this, Amela Andelija worked as a Member Service Representative at Community Choice Credit Union and held internships at the University of Northern Iowa and Holmes Murphy & Associates. Amela Andelija holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing with a focus on Sales Management from the University of Northern Iowa.
