Clare S. Richer

Ms. Richer was Chief Financial Officer of Putnam Investments from 2008-2017 and has more than 25 years of investment management experience. Prior to joining Putnam, Ms. Richer held several roles at Fidelity Investments from 1983-2008.

In addition to having deep experience in governance, compliance and risk in highly volatile, heavily scrutinized environments, Ms. Richer has executive level experience in accounting and finance, assent and investment management, executive compensation, financial services, human resources and talent management, product development, risk management, strategic planning and technology.
