Diane C. Nordin

Ms. Nordin was a partner of Wellington Management Company, LLP, a private asset management company, from December 1995 – December 2011, having originally joined Wellington in 1991. Throughout her tenure, Ms. Nordin's responsibilities spanned product management, client relationship management, and ultimately the oversight of Wellington's Fixed Income group where she was responsible for approximately 20 investment approaches and 130 investors globally. During her time at Wellington, Ms. Nordin served as Vice Chair of the Compensation Committee and Audit Chair of the Wellington Management Trust Company. Prior to joining Wellington, she worked at Fidelity Investments and Putnam Advisory. Ms. Nordin is a Director of Fannie Mae (since 2013) where she serves on the Audit Committee and chairs the Compensation Committee. Also, she is a director of Antares Capital, where she is Chair of the Compensation Committee (since 2016). She is a governor of the CFA Institute (since 2016) where she is Vice Chair and serves on the Compensation Committee and a Trustee of Wheaton College (since 2010) where she chairs the Investment Committee and serves on the Audit Committee. She formerly served as a Board member, Executive and Compensation Committee member and Investment Committee Chair, of the Appalachian Mountain Club.
