Noreen M. Fierro

Noreen Fierro has a wealth of experience in the field of ethics and compliance. Noreen is currently serving as the Enterprise Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at Principal Financial Group and also holds the position of Chief Compliance Officer in the same company. Prior to their current roles, they worked as the Chief Compliance Officer at BetMGM. Noreen had an extensive tenure at Guardian Life, where they served as the Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer for nearly five years. Noreen'sprevious experience includes various leadership roles at Prudential Financial, where they held positions such as Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer, Retirement Solutions and Group Insurance, and Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer, Group Insurance Division. Noreen was also the Vice President, Corporate Counsel, Enterprise Regulatory Law at Prudential. Before joining Prudential, Noreen worked as a Senior Manager-AML at Deloitte and held the role of VP, AML Legal Counsel at UBS. Noreen began their career as an Associate Counsel at Edwards & Angell and later served as an Associate at Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. Noreen Fierro obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English from Montclair State University between 1983 and 1986. Noreen later pursued a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree at Seton Hall University School of Law, completing their studies from 1988 to 1992.
