Paul Chancey

Paul Chancey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in pension calculation automation and team management. Currently serving as a Pension Calculation Automation Senior Analyst II at Principal Financial Group since June 2022, Paul operates in a player-coach role, mentoring and developing team members while contributing directly to deliverables. Prior to this, Paul held senior positions at Fidelity Investments, where responsibilities included the development and maintenance of a pension calculation engine, and at Alight Solutions, leading a team focused on automating retirement calculations. Additional experience includes project management as a Marketing Manager at Creative Sol Marketing and co-founding Full Circle Food Outreach. Paul began a successful career at Aon Hewitt, progressing through various roles that focused on transforming complex pension requirements into accurate calculations. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from Columbus State University.
