Pete Oberlander

Pete Oberlander currently serves as a Senior Product Manager at Principal Financial Group, having held various positions including Product Manager and Product Owner since July 2021. Prior to joining Principal Financial Group, Pete worked at Wells Fargo for over 24 years, where roles included Technology Manager, VP of Quality Assurance, and Project Manager across various departments, emphasizing Agile methodologies and quality assessment in system testing for the Institutional Retirement group. Earlier experience includes serving as a Technology Manager in the USAF from 1984 to 1997, focusing on law enforcement and systems communication. Pete's education encompasses studies at the University of Maryland, Community College of the Air Force, Anoka-Ramsey Community College, and Fridley High School.
