Florida Guiang

Florida Guiang has an extensive work experience. Florida started their career in 1994 at Intel Corporation and held various roles, including Technical Training Engineer/Program Manager, FSM Workforce Capability Org, Technical Training Leader - AZFSM, and Training Operations Manager. In 2017, they became an Intel Retiree and Encore Fellow at Fresh Start Women's Foundation, where they collaborated with co-Intel Encore Fellows in setting up and sustaining computer training programs for FSWF clients and worked with staff to improve the organization's quality assurance program. In 2018, they joined Kelly OCG - Global Managed Solutions as an Operations Manager. In 2020, they retired again and moved on to other adventures. Finally, in 2022, they rejoined the workforce as a Field Operations Manager at Principal Service Solutions, Inc., a company that provides workforce solutions to high-tech companies.

Florida Guiang obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines.
