Austin began their career at TechnipFMC, where they held various positions such as Machinist/Assembly, Production Planner, Inside Sales Manager, and Business Analyst. During their time there, they focused on optimizing operational performance, providing insights for management, and implementing processes to increase efficiency.
Austin then transitioned to Principle Auto, where they initially joined as a Client Advisor for BMW of San Antonio. In this role, they developed relationships with prospective customers and consistently achieved or exceeded sales targets. Austin later became the Senior Parts Manager for BMW of San Antonio, where they managed parts inventory, led a team, and made positive contributions to business growth.
At MetalQuest Unlimited, Inc., Austin served as the Business Development Manager. Austin developed strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and channel partners, leveraging planning tools and technologies to anticipate demand and drive sales.
Most recently, they returned to Principle Auto as the Senior Project Manager. In this role, they led process improvement and project management initiatives, evaluated internal processes, and designed roadmaps for growth. Austin successfully transitioned the Dealer Management System and achieved increased efficiency and cost savings.
Overall, Austin has demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise in project management, and a track record of driving growth and optimizing operations within the automotive and manufacturing industries.
Austin H. attended Tarleton State University from 2005 to 2013, where they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management.
