Shannon Pigsley

Shannon Pigsley has extensive experience in various roles within the healthcare and human services sectors. Currently serving as an eOHI Discovery Representative at Principle Choice Solutions, LLC since July 2020, Shannon verifies other health insurance for veterans under a contract with the VA. Previous roles include Claims Processor at Principle Choice Solutions and Signature Performance, Inc., as well as a Customer Service Associate at Walgreens. Shannon’s background also includes significant experience as a Services Coordinator at the League of Human Dignity, where duties involved assessments and service provision for individuals with disabilities, and as a Family Support Worker at Area Education Agency 13, focusing on child development.
