Sarah Turbow, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Business Development at Principle since July 2024. Prior to this role, Sarah spent over a decade at DCI Marketing, where responsibilities included managing digital service media solutions and overseeing North American Beauty accounts, with notable clients such as Sephora and L’Oréal. Sarah led a sustainability initiative that earned an Ecovadis Sustainability Rating metal, and consistently targeted account growth in the beauty division, managing significant annual sales. Previous experience includes leadership positions in business development and account management at PromoWorks and event program management for the Network of Executive Women. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing Management from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Michigan.
