Jeff Batts is an experienced HR professional with 31 years of expertise across various human resource functions. Currently serving as the President and Owner of Principle HR Solutions & Consulting, LLC since April 2019, Jeff provides comprehensive outsourced HR solutions for small and midsize enterprises. Prior to this role, significant contributions were made at Regions Bank, encompassing positions such as Senior Vice President - Associate Relations Executive, Senior Vice President - Human Resource Executive, and Senior Vice President - Staffing Manager, where oversight of HR management and associate relations functions was provided across a 15-state footprint. Earlier roles included HR management positions at American Greetings, Gaylord Entertainment Company, and CPS Corporation, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from Lipscomb University.
