Damien Léon's work experience is as follows:

- Project Manager at Principle Power since April 2022.

- Senior Project Engineer - Offshore Green Hydrogen at SOFRESID ENGINEERING from February 2021 to November 2021.

- System Integration Eng. Coordinator - Rovuma LNG at Eni from September 2018 to October 2020. In this role, they coordinated multidisciplinary engineering studies for the Upstream/Subsea development of the Rovuma LNG project in Mozambique.

- System Integration Coordinator at Eni from February 2016 to August 2018. Damien led a multi-discipline team of engineers, ensuring the coordination and integration of various engineering design pieces for the OCTP Development project in Ghana.

- Senior Engineer, Floater System at Eni from February 2014 to January 2016.

- Offshore Engineer at Total E&P Angola from December 2012 to January 2014, where they worked on the Kaombo Project in Angola Block 32.

- Project Engineer - Shipbuilding at Setaf Saget from March 2012 to November 2012, where they acted as the owner's representative for the delivery of bulk carriers.

- Project Engineer - Oil & Gas at Sofresid Engineering from October 2007 to February 2011, working as a Commissioning Interface Engineer for the Pearl GTL project in Qatar.

- Mechanical Engineer at Siam Pure Gas from February 2007 to August 2007, where they designed mechanical skids and reviewed process documents.

Damien Léon has a diverse education and certification history in the field of engineering and naval architecture. Damien obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Marine Engineering and Naval & Offshore Architecture from ENSTA Bretagne in 2011-2012. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Université de Bretagne Occidentale in 2006-2007. Earlier in their education, they completed a DUT Génie Thermique et Energie (Thermal Engineering and Energy) program at IUT de Lorient - Pontivy from 2002 to 2004.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Damien Léon has also acquired several certifications. Damien holds the title of Chartered Engineer from the Engineering Council, obtained in February 2023. Damien is also a member of the Royal Institution of Naval Architects (MRINA), which they obtained in December 2011. Further, they have a certification in Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute, attained in December 2020. Lastly, Damien possesses a BOSIET certification from the Warsash Maritime Academy, received in December 2014.
