Troy Vaughn

Troy Vaughn has extensive experience in project management, construction, and infrastructure solutions. Troy is the President of Principle Services LLC, a veteran-owned small business. Prior to this, Troy worked at Sharyland Utilities, L.P. as the Director of Transmission Construction and later as a Program Manager and Project Manager. Troy also served in the US Army as a Company Commander, Battalion Assistant Operations Officer, Scout Platoon Leader, and Infantry Platoon Leader. Troy holds a BS in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA in Finance & Operations from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business.
