Alberto Fernández-Aller

Alberto Fernández-Aller de Roda serves as the CEO of GRUPO SHEBEL - PRINEX since December 2003, leading the strategy and management of software solutions for the real estate sector. With over 20 years in this role, Alberto maintains key managerial relationships with major industry clients and operators. As a passionate educator, Alberto teaches proptech and digital transformation at various prestigious institutions, including IE Business School and the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. As a co-founder of OVERTEK software (r)evolution and Viewtek, Alberto specializes in web and mobile applications, as well as virtual reality projects for the real estate industry. Alberto has also served as a board member of APGA and held commercial management positions in previous roles, complemented by a strong educational foundation in International Marketing and Commercial Management.
