Sam Bartholomew, MBA, has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Sam is currently serving as the Sr. Director of Food Safety, Quality & Regulatory Affairs at Prinova USA since March 2023. Prior to this, they were the Director of Quality and Technical Services at The Ingredient House from January 2020 to July 2023. From February 2018 to January 2020, they worked as the Director of Technical Services & Quality at Allied Blending LP. Before that, they served as the Director of Quality at Solvaira Specialties Inc. from May 2016 to December 2017. Sam also held the position of Director of Technical Services at Oberto Brands from March 2015 to May 2016. Sam has extensive experience in the industry, having worked as the Director of Technical Services at Allied Blending & Ingredient from August 2011 to February 2015. Sam began their career as a Product Manager at Hayashibara from August 2008 to August 2011 and later worked as a Food Technologist II at Rich Products Corporation from 2002 to 2007.
Sam Bartholomew, MBA, completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Food Science from Brigham Young University in 2002. Sam later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Buffalo State University, graduating in 2008.
