Izabela Spinu is an experienced Human Resources Operations Specialist at Printec Group since December 2019, where responsibilities include managing ticket situations and attendance records. Previously, Izabela held the position of HR Consultant at ICAP Romania from June 2015 to December 2019, focusing on client relations, recruitment, personnel file management, payroll coordination, invoicing, and various HR administrative tasks. Prior experience includes working as a Transactions Officer at Raiffeisen Bank Romania from October 2013 to May 2015, where duties involved cash management, currency exchange operations, customer account management, and providing client support. Izabela holds a degree in Journalism with a specialization in radio and television from Universitatea „Hyperion” din București, obtained between 2006 and 2009.
