William Everett has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. William started their career at Sainsbury's as a Customer & Marketing Graduate, where they gained experience in customer and email marketing. William then worked as an Online Marketing Manager at Sainsbury's before joining HSBC as a Digital CRM Marketing Manager. At HSBC, they were promoted to Customer Comms Marketing Manager, where they oversaw strategic planning and managed a team of campaign managers.

William then moved to Marks and Spencer as an International CRM and Loyalty Manager, responsible for developing loyalty schemes and CRM strategies on a global level. William also managed branding and planning for individual country operations. Following this, they joined dmg media as a Senior CRM Manager, where they led the CRM team and developed customer-focused contact and retention strategies across Daily Mail brands.

In 2017, William joined Experian Consumer Services, where they held multiple roles including Customer lifecycle, engagement and retention manager, Experian Marketplace CRM Lead, and Experian Insurance Comparison Marketing Lead. In these positions, they contributed to marketing and CRM initiatives, focusing on customer engagement and retention.

In 2021, William joined Printed.com as Head of CRM. William later transitioned into the role of Head of Customer Marketing and Campaigns in 2022, where they currently oversee customer marketing strategies and campaigns.
