Jessie Vitug

Jessie Vitug has over 11 years of professional experience. Jessie began their career in 2009 as a Presales Engineer at Ingram Micro. In 2012, they joined TELUS International Philippines as a Helpdesk Analyst and was later promoted to Team Leader. In 2015, they moved to Optum (formerly Alere Wellbeing) as an Assistant Manager. In 2017, they became a Technical Team Lead at Cognizant. Most recently, in 2020, they joined PrinterLogic as a System Engineer.

Jessie Vitug obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Technological University of the Philippines between 2003 and 2007. In 2020, they obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including Change Management Foundations, ITIL® Foundation 4 First Look, Introduction to AWS for Non-Engineers: 1 Cloud Concepts, Leading Productive Meetings, Lean Six Sigma: Define and Measure Tools, Learning Cloud Computing: Core Concepts, Learning Minitab, Learning Salesforce CPQ, Operational Excellence Foundations, Project Management Foundations: Teams, Statistics Foundations: 2. Jessie also holds a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification.
