Paul Jonart, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Paul started their career as an intern at Facta Research, where they focused on developing new leads and a network of suppliers for marketing research projects.

Moving forward, Paul joined ERAC as a management trainee and Assistant Manager. Here, they ensured customer satisfaction, worked with local businesses to grow and retain the customer base, and trained and coached new employees.

Paul then transitioned to Triple Creek Associates, where they held the role of Senior Client Consultant and Customer Success Manager. The duration of their tenure at this company is not specified.

In 2014, Paul joined SendGrid as a Senior Customer Success and Technical Account Manager. Paul served as the primary business contact for strategic high volume accounts, consulting clients on technical set-up, implementation, program roll-out, and best practices to increase email ROI and customer engagement.

Following this, Paul worked at Braze as the Regional Director of Customer Success. Paul acted as a player/coach for customer success managers and the implementation team, serving as the main point of contact for strategic clients and providing ongoing support and guidance.

Paul Jonart completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from the University of Wyoming, attending from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they graduated from Central High School in 2001. Later, in 2006 and 2007, Paul earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Integrated Marketing from Golden Gate University.
