Debora Costa

Debora Costa, PMP®, is an experienced professional currently serving as a Topside Project Coordinator and previously as a Senior Maintenance Engineer at PRIO since August 2020. Prior to this role, Debora held the position of Operations Engineering Manager at SANDECH, leading a team of six coordinators and 60 employees, managing quality and financial outcomes of various projects, and supporting the commercial area with technical proposals. Debora has managed multidisciplinary projects in oil and gas systems, airport infrastructure, and gas distribution while demonstrating expertise in document approvals, risk analysis, and compliance with national and international regulations. Additional experience includes roles at Chemtech as a Project Engineer and internships at ILOS and AB InBev, complemented by an ongoing Executive MBA at COPPEAD UFRJ and multiple post-graduate degrees in engineering and industrial automation.
